Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right electric wheelchair?
Start with three numbers: how much you can lift into the car (chair weight), how far you travel in a day (range) and the weight the chair must carry (capacity). Lightweight models such as KANO weigh 35 lb, WOLF and SHAWK go up to 25 miles, and PANTHER carries up to 400 lb.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard FedEx shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–9 business days in the continental US; Express and Overnight options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm at checkout to pay monthly, or apply for 12-month same-as-cash financing through TimePayment. Financing is subject to approval.
Can someone help me choose?
Yes. Call +1 714 586 5164, Monday–Friday 9 AM–3 PM PST, or email info@culvermobility.com. You can also compare every model on our comparison chart.
Not sure which model is right for you?
